Martin House Brewing - Fort Worth, TX3/13/2026 Get to know your brewer @martinhousebrewing.
Meet Vic, slayer of suds, the master of mash, and your head brewer at Martin House Brewing. MHBC is more than just a sour pickle paradise, it’s your spot for an ever-evolving rotation of crispy Lagers, crushable IPAs, and out-of-the-box brews like Chicago Playground, a @jeppsonsmalort barrel-aged Stout, and Nashville Chicken Baby, a hot chicken-spiced beer. 🔥 • Martin House sold its first beer in March of 2013 to @flyingsaucerfw. • Vic has been in the local craft beer industry for 12 years, with stops @rahrbrewing, @oakhighlandsbrewery and @512brewing. He’s been brewing at MHBC for four years. • His first solo brew at MHBC was Bangarang, a seasonal Imperial Stout. • MHBC utilizes three different brewing systems in-house: a 5bbl system for taproom and R&D brews, a 30bbl system that they opened with, and a 60bbl system for production brewing. • Vic’s favorite styles to brew are the Hazy IPAs and Fruited Sours. • One of the hardest challenges Vic has faced has been learning the behind-the-scenes operations of a brewery the size of MHBC. A lot of trial by fire. • Outside of the fun and silly beers at MHBC, one thing to look forward to is the release of a 12-pack Mexican Lager. 🤫 • Great reason to stop by Martin House this year are their array of beer styles available, family-friendly events, and of course their meatball food truck (shout out to Kent and Milam)! • It’s lawnmower beer time—Vic’s go-to is @millerhighlife. • When he’s not brewing, or brushing up on disc golf in the brewery, you can catch Vic hanging out with his wife and two sons, playing video games, or taking those newly-learned disc golf skills out on the course. ⛳️ Say hey to Vic and the crew next time you stop by MHBC!
